Anne Lynch is currently Senior Title Examiner at North River Abstract, Inc. She boasts three decades of experience in Title, Tax, and Bankruptcy Court searches, and has completed thousands of property closings and survey inspections.

In addition to her technical acumen, Lynch honed her leadership skills as the President of Lynch Abstract Company from 1991 to 2003. An entrepreneurial business owner, she rountinely established company policy, developed and presented employee training, directed company relations, and supervised her staff.

Her years of private sector management experience were quickly recognized by the Incline Railway Society's Board of Trustees. A trustee herself since 1998, Lynch has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Society, culminating in her election as President in 2007, and office she has held since that time.

In 2009, after a redesign of the Society's operating and governing bodies, Lynch assumed additional responsibilities as its Chief Executive Officer, directly supervising the Chiefs of Operations, Communications, Human Resources, Finances, and Development.

A graduate of New York University's Title Industry Program, Lynch resides with her family in Beacon, New York.
